Delete your OnTheGo account
For OnTheGo Rides and OnTheGo Captain
Fastest way – in the app:
Riders (OnTheGo Rides): Account → Delete account.
Captains (OnTheGo Captain): Menu → Delete account (also available while your approval is pending).
Enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app
Email atishpaul01@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my OnTheGo account” and whether you're a rider or a captain. We'll verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, phone number, profile photo, captain documents and vehicle details, saved places, notification tokens and all login sessions.
What we keep
Ride and support records, in anonymised form (no name or contact details), for accounting and legal obligations.
