Riders – OnTheGo Rides
Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off, choosing a vehicle type and requesting it. You'll see your driver's name, photo and vehicle, and can follow them on the map. Share the ride OTP with the driver only when you're in the right car.
Captains – OnTheGo Captain
Sign up with your driving licence and Aadhaar, add your vehicle with its RC and insurance, and wait for approval. Once approved, go online to receive ride requests near you. While you're online, your location is shared with your rider – even in the background – so they can see you arrive. Go offline at any time to stop.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app at any time (riders: Account → Delete account; captains: Menu → Delete account), or request it here.
